The year 2020 has been a time of change for the whole world. We have (Inhabitants of planet earth ) been forced to question what we have always considered as normal. Covid-19 has probably been the single biggest catalyst for change that the world has experienced in modern history.
A lot has had to change in a small amount of time, and we have not been spared either. Since March we have taken a look at our offering and our branding and as many others have done, we have had to pivot, chop, and dump to adapt to the new normal.
As a result, we have acquired new skills, introduced new products and services, and re-aligned our strategic focus. All of these changes have allowed us to survive and will hopefully and be the basis for growth in the coming months. In doing so we have found that we are better equipped to service clients whose needs have also changed in the face of the Corona Virus pandemic.
